Each food item gets three accordions: Includes (default ingredients), Options (with per-group max selections + automatic over-limit upcharges), and Substitutions (yellow mustard for mayo, that kind of thing). Customers see the rules live as they build.
One toggle decides whether the front-end pop-up shows Pickup, Catering, or both. Each location supports either or both — and the catering flow asks for the venue, the ZIP, and the date.
Add as many service addresses as you need. On the front-end, if you have more than three, a wildcard-prefix-and-suffix search appears automatically. Bare terms become *term* — exactly what guests expect.
Close June 12th. Cap Friday at 8 orders. The catering checkout calls the date check on input and refuses politely when capacity is gone — "we apologize, please pick another time."
One row per ZIP. The catering checkout looks up the customer's ZIP, adds the fee as a checkout line item, and prints it on the receipt with the area label.
Long-haul travel surcharge, set-up server, eco packaging, action stations — any chargeable add-on. Show them on the catering checkout, charge them on the receipt.

Every text and image piece on every public page (home, menu, product, cart, about, contact, etc.) is edited here in a tabbed interface — no Gutenberg, no shortcodes, no theme files to hack.
Background, ink, ember, honey, sage, fonts, base size — six native colour pickers and three font stacks. Global, or per-page overrides on the home / about / contact pages.
Only administrators can create sub-accounts. Each sub-account gets a checkbox grid of exactly which screens it can see and use. Hand a line cook just Orders; hand a manager everything except Sub-Admins.
The control panel lives at /brasa-control/ — outside /wp-admin/. Anyone hitting this page sees the marketing summary; the dashboard is gated behind your credentials.
